In a 2019 article on the website MedicalNewsToday, 212 people were studied. These were not the healthiest people – average age of 62, plenty of smokers and people with type 2 diabetes. Yet even with these complicating factors, the study found …

How to stretch at work

Of course you can. Stretching is not just great fun, it’s great for you. Prolonged sitting is about the worst thing you can do, right up there with smoking or being overweight. Back Exercises

I was recently sent an article which I thought I would share with you. The article outlines 30 different exercises for the different parts of your back, and includes video demonstrations by a 2 time Olympian. The videos are clear and concise and the exercises are exactly the same as I give out myself.

How to sleep during pregnancy

Researchers have finally been able to show what happens in utero when pregnant women sleep on their side compared to sleep on their backs. And what they found is that it is better to sleep on your side. According to an article on essentialbaby.com.au, scans revealed the following:

Morning Sickness

I spent 5 years working at The Wholistic Medical Centre in Surry Hills, Sydney (Established 1982). I was part of a team of practitioners that included GPs, Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths and Counsellors. Our clinic had a reputation for Womens Health and we regularly held forums to discuss different conditions. At one of these get togethers my colleagues and I sat down to discuss pregnancy related issues and I thought I would give you a summary of their many decades of experience in dealing with Morning Sickness.
Morning sickness afflicts …
